Regional Sales Manager – Northeast USA

About the role

As a Regional Sales Manager you will lead the development of dealer and rental‑company channels for Chicago Pneumatic’s Construction Division across the Northeast United States. Your focus will be on increasing market share and sales volume while delivering world‑class customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue and market‑share targets in the assigned territory.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, managing accounts and addressing their needs.
• Identify customer applications and ensure the correct product is recommended.
• Support other sales representatives with training, joint visits, and shared activities.
• Travel extensively (approximately 60% overnight, including weekends and holidays) to meet customers and conduct product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team and Sales Director on market development and strategic accounts.
• Prepare sales proposals, update pipeline information, and report activities using the CRM system.
• Conduct product demonstrations, trainings, and introduce new product features.
• Monitor pricing, market conditions, and competitor activity to support product development and marketing.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales and account management within industrial or construction equipment.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively, including overnight stays and weekend work.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
