About the role
The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will lead Red Bull’s sales strategy across assigned regions, zones, or banners within a national chain. The role focuses on driving volume, market share, and profitability while aligning regional activities with the chain’s Joint Business Plan.
Key responsibilities
- Own regional key‑account volume, market share, budgets and results, including distribution, pricing, promotion and Quality Points of Distribution (QPOD).
- Develop and maintain productive business relationships with assigned accounts, delivering solutions that meet customer needs and Red Bull’s objectives.
- Execute distribution for priority packages according to Channel Strategy recommendations and ensure compliance with Red Bull standards.
- Sell Red Bull’s recommended pricing program, customize presentations, and recommend pricing that aligns with national standards.
- Create an annual promotion schedule, support promotions with effective POS materials and displays.
- Customize sales pitches to achieve account goals, evaluate ROI, and execute merchandising in line with guidelines.
- Establish a communication model with regional chain decision‑makers and maintain regular business reviews.
- Manage travel, entertainment, and annual budgets for FOAs and distributor spending.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing regional or key‑account sales.
- Strong ability to build and sustain business relationships at regional, zone and banner levels.
- Demonstrated skill in budgeting, travel expense control and annual planning.
- Analytical mindset for evaluating ROI and making data‑driven decisions.
