Regional Sales Director – Eastern U.S.

About the role

As the Regional Sales Director for the Eastern U.S., you will drive Three H’s commercial growth across a high‑potential territory, managing dealer, independent rep, and architect‑designer (A&D) relationships. You will own revenue generation, from early design conversations through to final RFP close, while traveling frequently throughout the region.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and execute a territory sales plan that aligns with company goals and identifies high‑growth markets.
• Build, coach, and hold independent reps accountable while encouraging innovative sales strategies.
• Develop trusted relationships with key dealer partners, providing training, pricing guidance, and pursuit support.
• Maintain an active presence in the A&D community, leading project pursuits from business development to proposal submission.
• Identify and grow strategic accounts, monitoring health, risk, and opportunities.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data, own regional forecasts, and drive deals forward with support reps.

Required profile

• Proven sales leadership experience in contract or systems furniture, with a strong track record of revenue growth.
• Experience managing independent reps and dealer networks in a high‑travel environment.
• Credibility and established relationships within the A&D community.
• Ability to lead full‑cycle sales processes from early design discussions to final RFP close.
• Familiarity with the Eastern U.S. market, especially New York, Boston, or Chicago.
• Strategic thinking, strong forecasting skills, and data‑driven decision making.
