Regional Sales Director – Eastern US & Canada

About the role

CASE Construction Equipment is looking for a strategic, results‑driven Regional Sales Director to lead its commercial business across the Eastern United States and Eastern Canada. You will partner with an independent dealer network to shape business strategies, strengthen dealer performance, and drive profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high‑performing regional sales team.
• Partner with CASE dealers to increase market share and improve business performance.
• Develop and execute regional business strategies and annual plans.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealer principals and key customers.
• Identify growth opportunities through market and competitive analysis.
• Solve complex business challenges and drive sustainable results.
• Analyze market trends, competitive activity, customer needs, and dealer performance.

Required profile

• Senior commercial leader with strategic vision and operational execution.
• Exceptional business and financial acumen.
• Strong knowledge of the construction equipment industry, dealer operations, and customer buying behaviors.
• Proven ability to influence without direct authority and to coach teams.
