Regional Retail Director, North America

About the role

The Regional Retail Director for North America will lead a portfolio of retail and commercial locations, building an engaged network of leaders who act as entrepreneurs. You will shape long‑term strategy, ensure strong commercial foundations, and protect brand integrity across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Own performance, culture and reputation of the retail network, balancing local autonomy with brand coherence.
• Select, develop and inspire Store and City Managers, fostering a community of trusted leaders.
• Champion client relationships, embedding clienteling as a core mindset and protecting the brand experience.
• Create a leadership environment where managers feel heard, valued and challenged.
• Coach managers to think and act like entrepreneurs, delegating decision‑making appropriately.
• Use performance data for insight‑driven coaching, not micromanagement.
• Drive sustainable commercial performance while upholding brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven multi‑site retail leadership experience, preferably in luxury or premium retail.
• Ability to balance autonomy with alignment to global brand standards.
• Strong understanding of luxury retail dynamics and client culture.
• Demonstrated capability in leadership development and talent coaching.
