Regional Recruiter

About the role

Chipotle is seeking a Regional Recruiter to partner with restaurant leadership and drive talent acquisition across its locations. You will lead searches for Restaurant Managers and regional leaders, ensuring a pipeline of high‑quality candidates that align with the brand’s mission.

Key responsibilities

• Creatively source, screen, and guide selection for Restaurant Manager and field leadership roles.
• Facilitate internal interview processes for regional leadership positions.
• Develop regional recruitment strategies by analyzing hiring trends and collaborating with senior field leaders.
• Lead hourly recruiting efforts, address staffing gaps, and drive applicant flow.
• Coach leaders on best practices in staffing, interviewing, and candidate experience.
• Act as a brand and employee advocate to build best‑in‑class teams.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to implement market‑specific recruitment initiatives.
• Execute recruiting initiatives and support talent succession planning.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a multi‑unit restaurant or retail environment.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence business leaders.
• Results‑driven mindset with sound judgment and decision‑making skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
