Regional Property Manager – Conventional Owned Assets

About the role

The Regional Property Manager will oversee a portfolio of conventional, build‑to‑rent and single‑family communities, driving performance, profitability and tenant satisfaction across the designated region.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure each community meets operational, financial and business performance goals through inspections, reporting and action plans.
• Collaborate with Community Managers and regional support leaders to improve asset and team performance.
• Lead the adoption of local and national operational initiatives and revised protocols.
• Oversee and manage budgets, aiming to meet or exceed financial targets.
• Prepare and present regular performance, financial and market trend reports to ownership and senior management.
• Foster positive tenant relationships, address concerns promptly and implement retention programs to reduce turnover.
• Work with leasing teams on marketing strategies to achieve optimal occupancy rates.
• Supervise maintenance programs to keep properties well‑maintained and compliant.

Required profile

• Experience managing conventional, build‑to‑rent and single‑family property portfolios.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen to drive profitability.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
