Regional Project Manager

About the role

ULCS is seeking a Regional Project Manager to lead scheduling, resource allocation, and onsite coordination for energy‑grid projects. You will work closely with project supervisors and subcontractors to ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with project supervisors and subcontractors to maintain schedule and cost controls.
• Manage project risks, issues, and progress to achieve scope, schedule, and quality goals.
• Assist in problem resolution and risk mitigation as needed.
• Plan long‑lead items procurement to align with project timelines.
• Identify process gaps in project coordination and implement improvements.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Experience creating and maintaining resource‑loaded project schedules.
• Experience using resource tools for capacity planning and employee allocation.
• Valid driver’s license.
