Regional Operations Support Manager – Escrow (Remote, Northeast)

About the role

The Regional Operations Support Manager partners with escrow teams across multiple brands and states to drive operational excellence. Working remotely for the Northeast region, you will standardize processes, integrate technology, and ensure compliance while supporting branch and regional escrow staff.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, refine, and standardize operational workflows for escrow assistants and closers.
• Collaborate with the National Operations Center to align branch and central processes.
• Monitor operational KPIs, identify trends, and implement performance improvements.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to regional escrow support departments.
• Assist escrow teams in claim identification, resolution, and risk mitigation.
• Design and execute regional initiatives to boost efficiency, profitability, and customer experience.
• Champion adoption of technology platforms, including bots, AI tools, dashboards, and reporting systems.
• Develop training programs and maintain comprehensive documentation of procedures.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in title and escrow operations, preferably with multi‑state oversight.
• Proven expertise in operational support, process optimization, and risk mitigation.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret KPI data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Experience with technology integration for escrow processes.
• Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in title and escrow.
