Regional Manager – Multi‑Location Medspa

About the role

The Regional Manager will own the day‑to‑day operations of several medspa locations, ensuring a consistently excellent customer experience across every site. This high‑accountability position focuses on non‑medical functions such as staffing, processes, performance, and financial results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and hold Location Managers and Patient Coordinators accountable for goals and performance.
• Oversee recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of managers and coordinators.
• Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and manage improvement plans.
• Facilitate weekly manager and full‑team meetings to share updates, policies, and initiatives.
• Drive cross‑location consistency in customer interactions, scripts, and follow‑up.
• Track, analyze, and act on key performance metrics; develop action plans when targets are missed.
• Manage location budgets, personnel costs, and identify revenue‑growth opportunities.
• Adjust staffing schedules based on traffic patterns and ensure compliance with customer service standards.
• Own resolution of customer complaints, disputes, chargebacks, and negative reviews.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multiple retail or service locations.
• Strong leadership with the ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• High level of autonomy and accountability; first line of defense for operational issues.
• Excellent problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to analyze performance and implement improvements.
