Regional Logistics Manager – Remote (North America)

About the role

Wing is seeking a highly motivated Regional Logistics Manager to lead logistics operations across North America. This remote position is part of the Forward Logistics team and contributes to both regional and global strategy, ensuring efficient, customer‑centric delivery of drone services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide in‑region logistics leadership, shaping strategy and operational guidance.
• Collaborate with other Regional Managers to develop cross‑regional logistics capabilities.
• Partner with regional leadership to align logistics priorities with strategic goals and build a high‑performing, customer‑focused team.
• Drive strategic planning and execution to meet annual performance targets and operational excellence.
• Manage 3PL relationships, define KPIs, and lead change‑management and start‑up initiatives.
• Lead continuous‑improvement activities and ensure key performance indicators such as inventory accuracy and OTIF are met.
• Oversee compliance with policies, partner with Finance on logistics P&L, and drive cost‑excellence.
• Coach, mentor, and manage regional logistics teams and site associates.

Required profile

• 8+ years of progressive experience in global transportation, logistics, or supply chain management.
• 2+ years of proven experience managing people or geographically dispersed teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated ability in multi‑site leadership, inventory accuracy, and change management in dynamic environments.
