Regional Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

The Regional Human Resources Business Partner will serve as the senior HR leader for the Mid‑Atlantic footprint (DE, MD, DC, VA). Reporting to regional leadership, the role blends strategic partnership with hands‑on execution to translate people strategy into data‑driven programs that improve leadership capability, retention, and operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Regional Vice Presidents and Market Operations Directors to align HR initiatives with business goals.
• Design and deploy workforce planning, leadership development, and culture‑building programs across multiple markets.
• Use data, trends, and insights to diagnose turnover, staffing models, and leadership gaps, then create scalable solutions.
• Lead enterprise initiatives such as performance cycles, compensation reviews, org‑design changes, and HR system launches, ensuring field adoption.
• Establish repeatable processes, rhythms, and operating mechanisms to provide consistent HR support across the region.

Required profile

• Significant multi‑unit HR Business Partner experience in QSR, food & beverage, hospitality, or retail.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and operate independently in ambiguous environments.
• Strong business acumen with a data‑informed decision‑making mindset.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Mid‑Atlantic region.
