Regional Finance Director

About the role

Amplēo is seeking a Regional Finance Director to lead financial performance and strategy across a defined region. This full‑time remote position partners closely with client leadership to drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning aligned with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee regional budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Review, interpret and present financial statements and reports, delivering actionable insights.
• Monitor key financial metrics, optimize cash flow, and support capital allocation decisions.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and reporting standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders and mentor finance team members.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience in regional or multi‑entity finance leadership, preferably in consulting, professional services or fast‑growth organizations.
• Strong background in finance, budgeting, forecasting and strategic financial analysis.
• Expertise in financial statements, reporting and variance analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; CPA, CMA or MBA is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote, cross‑functional environment.

• Familiarity with modern financial tools and ERP systems.
