Regional Executive – Stakeholder Engagement

About the role

The Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland is seeking a Regional Executive to lead stakeholder engagement in central Ohio. Based in Columbus, this senior position will shape strategic partnerships and provide regional economic intelligence to support monetary‑policy analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with local businesses, banks, chambers of commerce, economic development organizations, non‑profits, educational institutions, and public officials.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to design and implement relationship‑management strategies and long‑term engagement roadmaps.
• Gather and analyse regional economic intelligence to support the Bank’s monetary‑policy analysis.
• Coordinate internal resources to deliver research insights, educational programs, and convening opportunities to partners.
• Identify new partnership opportunities aligned with the Bank’s objectives and regional economic priorities.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in economic development, regional analysis, or related fields.
• Proven track record in building and managing high‑level stakeholder relationships.
• Strong understanding of monetary‑policy context and its interaction with regional economies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse internal and external audiences.
