Regional Escrow Officer – Palm Beach Gardens, FL

About the role

As a Regional Escrow Officer you will serve as the primary liaison between buyers, sellers, agents, lenders and title companies throughout the home‑ownership process. You will guide transactions from contract review to closing, ensuring accuracy, compliance and a smooth experience for all parties.

Key responsibilities

• Review purchase contracts, verify completeness and follow client instructions.
• Coordinate with lenders, underwriters, attorneys and government agencies to secure clear titles, paid taxes and funded loans.
• Maintain detailed escrow files, track deadlines and ensure all paperwork is accurate and filed on time.
• Build and nurture relationships with agents, attorneys, surveyors and other industry partners.
• Provide white‑glove service to agents and buyers, including presence at closings to create a positive experience.
• Train and supervise escrow assistants, delegating tasks, auditing work and supporting their development.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of front‑ and back‑end escrow experience.
• Notary public and escrow officer licenses.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions under deadline pressure.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills, with a customer‑focused attitude.
