Regional Director – Waterproofing (Cleveland, Ohio)

About the role

The company is seeking a senior Regional Director to lead its Cleveland office and Ohio operations. This position oversees a profitable platform with a solid backlog through 2026 and approximately $15M in annual revenue. The role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on execution in commercial waterproofing and restoration.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth, operational efficiency, and financial performance for the Ohio region.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of Project Managers, Estimators, Engineers, Superintendents, and support staff.
• Maintain and expand client relationships across industrial, commercial, bridge, and historic restoration projects.
• Oversee union field labor, ensuring compliance with labor agreements and safety standards.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies, pipeline development, and revenue targets.

Required profile

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience with progressive leadership responsibility.
• Proven track record managing a P&L‑driven regional or business unit.
• Experience working with unionized trades and knowledge of labor agreements.
• Strong business acumen with understanding of cost drivers, margins, and profitability.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, finance, or related field preferred; extensive industry experience may substitute.
