Regional Director, Training & Client Experience

About the role

Montblanc North America is seeking a dynamic Regional Director to lead training and client experience initiatives across the United States and Canada. Reporting to the Vice President of Retail, you will shape the learning journey for sales ambassadors and wholesale partners, aligning regional programs with the global training strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Define the annual retail training calendar in partnership with the Global Training Director and VP, Retail.
• Adapt and implement Montblanc’s training strategy, customizing HQ materials for local markets.
• Identify priority competencies, analyze skill gaps, and design targeted training programs.
• Manage the training budget, schedule classroom sessions, in‑store coaching, and travel logistics.
• Deliver engaging, modern training modules covering product knowledge, brand storytelling, and luxury customer service.
• Foster a digital self‑learning culture through training apps and monitor usage metrics.
• Collaborate with HR, Merchandising, Omnichannel, Wholesale, and HQ training teams.
• Coordinate with counterparts in Mexico and Brazil to ensure cohesive regional deployment.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading retail or luxury training programs at a regional or national level.
• Strong ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into effective learning solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across multiple departments and international teams.
• Budget management experience and capacity to prioritize resources.
