Regional Director – Survey Operations

About the role

Encompass Energy Services is looking for a Regional Director to lead civil surveying activities across the Florida area. You will oversee a team of surveyors, ensure high‑quality deliverables, and drive client satisfaction for heavy civil and commercial construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and mentor surveyors, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and collaboration.
• Plan, schedule, and execute surveying projects while meeting timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and drafters to align on project requirements.
• Serve as the primary client contact, understanding needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Manage budgets, allocate resources, and identify revenue‑growth opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, industry standards, and company policies, conducting regular audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Surveying, or a related field.
• Licensed surveyor preferred.
• 5‑7 years of surveying experience, especially in heavy civil and commercial construction.
• Proven leadership and management experience in a construction environment.
