Regional Director – Supply Chain

About the role

We are seeking an experienced supply chain leader to oversee the end‑to‑end logistics and materials management for a network of hospitals in Texas. The Regional Director – Supply Chain will drive transformation, ensure compliance, and deliver cost‑effective, high‑quality service across multiple facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to define and execute regional supply chain strategy.
• Lead system‑wide initiatives focused on operational excellence, cost optimization and service quality.
• Monitor performance metrics, productivity and process improvements across all sites.
• Oversee inventory management, including item tracking, transfers and adjustments.
• Collaborate with finance to align operations with budget, conduct cost impact analysis and support fiscal year‑end inventory.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and vendor standards, maintaining data integrity in supply chain systems.
• Act as liaison with facility leadership, logistics teams and vendors to resolve operational challenges.
• Mentor and develop supply chain teams, providing interim leadership when needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• 12+ years of supply chain experience with leadership responsibility.
• Proven experience managing multi‑facility operations, preferably in a hospital environment.
• Strong understanding of ERP platforms, especially Infor.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large‑scale projects and deliver results.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
