Regional Controller – Financial Leadership in Construction & Manufacturing

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Regional Controller to oversee financial operations across our construction and manufacturing footprint. Reporting to the Chief Accounting Officer and partnering closely with the Regional Vice President, you will drive financial strategy, ensure compliance, and support growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead FP&A activities, produce GAAP‑compliant financial statements and regional reports for executive leadership.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to interpret data, refine budgeting processes, and improve forecasting accuracy.
• Maintain internal controls, SOX compliance, and oversee external audit engagements.
• Conduct financial due diligence for M&A opportunities and manage post‑acquisition integration.
• Mentor finance staff and act as a trusted advisor in a decentralized business environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
• 10+ years of financial leadership experience in construction, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
• Proven track record with GAAP reporting, compliance, and M&A integration.
• Comfortable traveling 40‑60% and working occasional evenings or weekends.
