About the role

The Regional Activation Manager drives localized marketing initiatives that support Curaleaf’s sales teams across an assigned region. Working remotely, you will partner closely with national brand teams to shape promotions, activation plans, and ensure consistent brand execution throughout the route‑to‑market.

Key responsibilities

• Execute national and regional marketing plans, adapting them to local market dynamics and regulations.
• Manage activation calendars, track execution, and distribute promotional materials across the region.
• Handle incoming field requests for assets such as digital content and point‑of‑sale materials.
• Lead merchandising and POS execution to maintain brand consistency.
• Plan and manage local events, pop‑ups, and demos while overseeing regional budgets.
• Coordinate event calendars to ensure flawless activation.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and compliance teams to meet regional goals.
• Serve as a brand expert, upholding brand standards across all initiatives.
• Coordinate regional product launches and equip retail and sales teams with necessary materials.
• Build brand excitement across the route‑to‑market and engage local influencers to boost visibility.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of field marketing and activation experience.
• Proven expertise in event planning and execution.
• Passion for the cannabis industry and its consumers.
• Strong organizational and calendar‑management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Experience managing regional brand pages or digital platforms.
• Creative, innovative mindset capable of thriving in a tightly regulated environment.
• Willingness to travel 40–60% and collaborate across multiple markets.
