Recruiting & People Operations Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Recruiting & People Operations Coordinator to support hiring initiatives and day-to-day HR operations across several business units. The role combines full-cycle recruiting with onboarding, employee program coordination and general HR administration, offering broad exposure to the people function.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with department leaders to define staffing priorities, position requirements and compensation parameters.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for professional, administrative, management and select frontline roles, including sourcing, posting, screening, interviewing and presenting candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules with multiple stakeholders and maintain clear communication throughout the hiring process.
• Prepare and deliver employment offers in collaboration with HR and operational leadership.
• Facilitate pre-employment steps such as reference checks, background screening, drug testing and other assessments.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and hiring activity in the applicant tracking system and build reusable talent pipelines.
• Support onboarding by arranging workspace, technology access, uniforms and orientation materials.
• Assist with employee transfers, relocations, travel arrangements and schedule stay and exit interviews.
• Coordinate training sessions, leadership-development programs and certification events, ensuring supplies and communications are in place.
• Track recruiting metrics and explore new technology, including AI-enabled sourcing tools.

Required profile

• Enjoys recruiting and seeks broader exposure to onboarding, employee programs and HR administration.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable maintaining data accuracy in an ATS.
