Recruiting Operations Manager

About the role

Applied Intuition is seeking a Recruiting Operations Manager to lead the coordination, systems, and process infrastructure behind its recruiting function. This hands‑on role will manage a team of recruiting coordinators, own the health of recruiting tools, and design operational strategies that enable the organization to scale efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Own the day‑to‑day operation of recruiting systems, including the ATS (Ashby) and scheduling/coordination platform (ModernLoop).
• Manage the recruiting coordination team, overseeing scheduling, candidate communications, and interview logistics to ensure a consistent, high‑quality experience.
• Develop and document operational strategies and repeatable processes that support rapid growth.
• Maintain data hygiene across recruiting systems, ensuring clean requisition data, accurate candidate pipelines, and reliable reporting for the People team.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Recruiting Teams and People Operations to align processes with broader organizational goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing recruiting coordination or operations teams in a fast‑growing environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data quality and process improvement.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into detailed, documented workflows.
• Excellent communication skills to work with multiple stakeholders across the organization.

Required skills

• Ashby (ATS) proficiency.
• ModernLoop (scheduling/coordination) proficiency.
