Recruiting Coordinator

About the role

Beast Industries is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support the end‑to‑end hiring process and ensure a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers. This full‑time, on‑site position in Greenville, NC, will be the hub for interview scheduling, workflow coordination, and communication across multiple stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, roles, and stakeholders, handling complex scheduling and last‑minute changes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, delivering a high‑quality, white‑glove experience from initial contact through offer.
• Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and track candidate progress to keep hiring workflows on schedule.
• Support offer letter generation, approvals, background check initiation, and onboarding coordination with People Operations.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to prioritize roles, manage interview volume, and ensure interview readiness.
• Identify inefficiencies in recruiting workflows and suggest improvements, creating templates, checklists, and best‑practice guides.

Required profile

• Proven experience coordinating interviews and hiring processes across multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to manage complex scheduling, rescheduling, and urgent changes with professionalism.
• Strong communication skills to act as the main liaison for candidates throughout the interview process.
• Detail‑oriented with a track record of maintaining accurate ATS data and tracking candidate progress.
• Collaborative mindset to work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, HR, People Ops, and Finance.
