Recruiter – U.S. Remote

About the role

Kelly is seeking a proactive Recruiter to manage full‑life‑cycle hiring for a variety of U.S. positions. The role is remote, with occasional travel to client sites in Arizona, Nevada, California, or Utah.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct end‑to‑end recruiting for multiple levels and geographic markets.
• Attract, source, and screen both passive and active candidates using job boards and Kelly’s Bullhorn ATS.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure fair, consistent selection processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of high‑volume recruiting experience; manufacturing recruiting preferred.
• Customer‑centric mindset with strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Results‑driven, action‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication, adaptability, and willingness to travel as needed.
• Availability to work Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑5 pm MST or PST.
