Recruiter – US Recruiting Team

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Recruiter to join our US‑based recruiting team. In this position you will act as a key partner for multiple business groups, guiding candidates through the full hiring lifecycle and ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and manage candidates for assigned search projects.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and provide regular progress updates.
• Treat each search as an individual project, coordinating timelines and deliverables.
• Collaborate with team members and support staff to achieve search success.
• Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline using all available resources.
• Ensure candidates receive a professional experience regardless of outcome.

Required profile

• 1‑4+ years of corporate recruiting experience (preferred).
• Strong sourcing abilities beyond job boards and LinkedIn.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and high attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
