Recruiter – Talent Acquisition

About the role

As a member of Empowered Hospitality’s Talent team, you will lead high‑volume searches for hourly, management and executive positions across the hospitality sector. You will partner closely with the Client Services team to deliver an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the full recruiting lifecycle for leadership and key roles.
• Assess client needs and advise on talent acquisition and retention strategies.
• Develop and implement recruiting processes, tools and best practices.
• Deliver training to enhance recruiting capabilities of internal teams and client leaders.
• Provide regular status reports, attend client meetings and proactively flag concerns.
• Build and nurture relationships to expand the company’s talent network and brand.

Required profile

• Prior experience in a recruiting leadership role with strategic thinking and executive‑level communication.
• Strong relationship‑management and business‑development skills.
• Experience in hospitality management is preferred.
• Excellent problem‑solving and business communication abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
