Recruiter – Manager & Senior Manager Talent

About the role

Macy’s is seeking an experienced Recruiter to own the end‑to‑end hiring process for manager and senior manager positions across the organization. You will partner closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to attract top external talent and deliver a best‑in‑class candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and assessment through offer delivery for manager‑level roles.
• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies in collaboration with hiring managers and HR.
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships, ensuring a positive experience throughout the process.
• Create and maintain sourcing, pipelining, and book‑of‑business plans.
• Represent Macy’s professionally in the marketplace and act as a trusted point of contact for external talent.
• Utilize recruiting tools such as LinkedIn and Oracle to drive efficient hiring outcomes.
• Identify networking opportunities, including diversity outreach and talent communities.
• Attend job fairs, conferences, and networking events to stay informed on market trends.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end recruitment for manager and senior manager roles.
• Consultative approach with hiring managers and HR partners.
• Strong strategic sourcing and pipelining capabilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
