Recruiter – Leadership & High‑Volume Hiring

About the role

Sweetgreen is seeking a proactive Recruiter to lead both leadership and high‑volume hourly hiring across its growing restaurant network. You will partner with regional leaders, manage full‑cycle recruitment, and shape talent strategies that support new store openings and market expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Drive leadership hiring by collaborating with Regional GMs and Area Leaders on talent planning for existing stores, new openings, and expansions.
• Own end‑to‑end recruiting for field leadership roles, from sourcing candidates to extending offers.
• Develop market‑specific hiring strategies using competitive intelligence and local insights.
• Support high‑volume hourly hiring by training Area Leaders and Coaches on the Fountain ATS and creating data‑driven staffing solutions.
• Partner with field teams on new restaurant openings, aligning hiring goals, timelines, and workflows.
• Manage recruitment budgets, optimize ad spend, and oversee hiring events.
• Maintain ATS integrity, track hiring metrics, and provide transparent reporting to leadership.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in full‑cycle recruiting for leadership and high‑volume roles, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use market data and recruiting metrics to influence decisions.
• Excellent communication and consultative skills to build trust with senior leaders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving environment and champion a recruiter mindset across the organization.
