About the role

As a Recruiter II at Spectrum, you will partner with senior leadership and HR to shape hiring strategies that drive organizational growth. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring compliance and delivering measurable improvements to our talent acquisition process.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leadership and HR to design and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates ranging from experienced professionals to new graduates.
• Identify and leverage alternative recruitment channels such as online platforms, professional organizations, technical programs, and universities.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local hiring laws by keeping accurate records and monitoring internal processes.
• Recommend recruitment budgets for job fairs, campus events, tools, and vendor fees.
• Write and post job advertisements and respond to employment and agency inquiries.
• Train hiring managers on applicant tracking systems and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of recruiting or staffing experience.
• Strong critical‑thinking, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
• Excellent communication and data‑analysis abilities.
• Knowledge of recruitment trends, technologies, and staffing practices.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
