Recruiter – Higher Education

About the role

The Recruiter supports the University of Arkansas Community College at Batesville in attracting prospective students to its academic programs. This position works within a collaborative campus environment focused on student success and community impact.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Recruitment Coordinator in planning and executing student recruitment initiatives.
• Coordinate with the Dean of Student Services, Director of Student Life and Engagement, and other faculty and staff to ensure recruitment activities are well supported.
• Promote the college’s programs through outreach events, information sessions, and campus tours.
• Maintain compliance with campus policies, including name‑badge requirements and data‑entry standards in Workday.
• Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Experience or interest in recruitment, admissions, or student services within higher education.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse campus stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and meet deadlines.
