About the role
Kelly is seeking a Recruiter to manage full‑life cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple levels and geographic markets. This remote role supports the company’s mission to change lives by placing the right people in the right jobs.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct full‑life cycle recruiting for diverse positions, including high‑volume and light‑industrial roles.
- Attract, source, and screen both passive prospects and active applicants using job boards and Kelly’s ATS (Bullhorn).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure fair, equitable assessment and selection processes.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in high‑volume recruiting.
- Customer‑centric mindset with strong collaborative relationship skills.
- Results‑driven, action‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal direction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and adaptability to changing scenarios.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Experience using an ATS, specifically Bullhorn.
