Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Talent Acquisition (Ontario, CA)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to join Kelly’s Talent Acquisition team in Ontario, CA. You will manage the full‑life‑cycle hiring process for a variety of industrial and warehouse positions, ensuring the right talent is placed in the right role.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct full‑cycle recruiting for multiple levels and geographic markets.
• Attract, source, and screen both passive and active candidates using job boards and the Bullhorn ATS.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and maintain fair, consistent selection practices.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of high‑volume, full‑cycle recruiting experience in an industrial/warehouse environment.
• Customer‑centric mindset with strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Results‑driven, action‑oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent time‑management, multitasking, and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
