Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Talent Acquisition (Onsite, Troy, MI)

About the role

Kelly is seeking a proactive Recruiter to join its in‑house talent acquisition team in Troy, Michigan. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process for a variety of industrial and warehouse positions, ensuring the right talent is placed quickly and fairly.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑life‑cycle recruiting for multiple levels and geographic markets.
• Source and screen both passive and active candidates using job boards and Kelly’s Bullhorn ATS.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and maintain consistent, equitable selection practices.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of high‑volume, full‑cycle recruiting experience in an industrial/warehouse environment.
• Customer‑centric mindset with strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Results‑driven, action‑oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent time‑management, multitasking, and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
