Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Talent Acquisition (Onsite)

About the role

Kelly is seeking a proactive Recruiter to lead full‑life‑cycle hiring for a variety of industrial and warehouse positions. Based in Torrington, Connecticut, you will work onsite, partnering with hiring managers to attract and select the right talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple levels and geographic markets.
• Source, screen, and engage both passive and active candidates using job boards and Kelly’s applicant tracking system (Avature).
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure fair, consistent assessment processes.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and provide regular status updates.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of high‑volume, full‑cycle recruiting experience in an industrial or warehouse setting.
• Customer‑centric mindset with strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Results‑driven, action‑oriented, and able to work with urgency.
• Excellent time‑management, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
• Adaptable to changing and ambiguous situations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Avature applicant tracking system.
