Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Talent Acquisition (NYC)

About the role

We are supporting our client in hiring a Recruiter to join a fast‑growing team in New York City on a hybrid schedule (three days in the office). This full‑cycle role will own 5‑8 requisitions across GTM, operations and G&A, partnering directly with hiring managers and closing offers you source.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruiting for 5‑8 open requisitions across GTM, ops and G&A.
• Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and convert outreach into interviews.
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers and create scorecards.
• Manage the end‑to‑end candidate experience, including screening, feedback and offers.
• Collaborate with the TA coordinator on interview scheduling and ATS hygiene.
• Report weekly pipeline health and time‑to‑fill metrics to leadership.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, either agency or in‑house.
• Proven track record of meeting hiring plans and closing offers.
• Confidence running intake and calibration sessions with senior hiring managers.
• Bonus: experience recruiting for the NYC market, high‑growth startup environment.
