Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Talent Acquisition

About the role

As a Recruiter you will own end‑to‑end hiring for a variety of positions, partnering closely with hiring managers to design effective hiring strategies and deliver an outstanding candidate experience. You will also help improve recruiting processes and leverage AI‑driven tools to make hiring faster and smarter in a high‑growth environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment across multiple departments, from intake to offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and develop recruiting strategies.
• Source and engage active and passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and creative sourcing techniques.
• Conduct recruiter screens, coordinate interviews and guide candidates through the process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting data in the ATS.
• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) to improve sourcing, outreach, interview preparation and market research.
• Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal and other teams to ensure smooth hiring and onboarding.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast‑paced agency, startup or high‑growth setting.
• Experience recruiting for marketing, digital, creative, product or technology roles is strongly preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong command of Google Workspace.
• Hands‑on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude.
