Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Recruiter to manage full‑cycle recruitment for non‑academic positions. You will partner with hiring managers to attract, assess, and place qualified candidates while building talent pipelines for current and future needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute cost‑effective recruitment strategies for all levels of non‑academic staff.
• Consult with hiring managers on job postings, advertising sources, and salary recommendations.
• Draft clear job descriptions and search plans, ensuring shared responsibilities.
• Facilitate panel interviews and serve as the primary point of contact for candidates.
• Manage internal transfers and promotions, verifying compliance with institutional and legal requirements.
• Maintain relationships with external agencies, attend career fairs, and build a robust candidate pipeline.
• Verify educational and employment references and compile recruitment statistics for reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Approximately 2 years of recruitment or interviewing experience.
• Proven ability to source qualified candidates using diverse channels.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail, critical thinking, and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Discretion in handling confidential information.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the MS Office Suite.
• Experience using database applications for candidate tracking.
