Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Talent Acquisition

About the role

As a Recruiter you will own end‑to‑end hiring for multiple departments, partnering with hiring managers to design effective talent strategies and delivering a premium candidate experience. You will also help evolve our recruiting processes by leveraging AI and modern sourcing tools in a fast‑growing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment from intake to offer acceptance across various functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and recruiting strategies.
• Source active and passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and creative techniques.
• Conduct recruiter screens, coordinate interviews and guide candidates through the process.
• Maintain accurate records and metrics in the Applicant Tracking System.
• Utilise AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) to improve sourcing, outreach and interview preparation.
• Research new sourcing platforms and market trends to continuously improve hiring outcomes.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal and other teams to ensure smooth onboarding.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast‑paced agency, startup or high‑growth setting.
• Proven experience recruiting for marketing, digital, creative, product or technology roles.

• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude.
