Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Talent Acquisition

About the role

Kelly is seeking a proactive Recruiter to join its talent acquisition team in Franklin, New Hampshire. You will drive full‑cycle recruiting for a variety of industrial and warehouse positions, helping match the right people with the right opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruiting for multiple levels and geographic markets.
• Attract, source, and screen both passive prospects and active applicants using job boards and Kelly’s applicant tracking system.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure fair, consistent assessment and selection processes.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years high‑volume, full‑cycle recruiting experience in an industrial/warehouse setting.
• Customer‑centric mindset with the ability to build collaborative relationships.
• Results‑driven, action‑oriented, and able to work with urgency and enthusiasm.
• Strong time‑management, multitasking, and prioritization skills with minimal supervision.
• Adaptable and agile in shifting, ambiguous scenarios.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and listening abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
