Recruiter – Full Cycle Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking a relationship‑driven Recruiter to own the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of professional positions. You will partner closely with hiring managers, source top talent, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from outreach through offer acceptance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruiting for multiple roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop targeted recruiting strategies.
• Create and maintain job postings across recruiting platforms and social media.
• Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through each stage of the process.
• Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and activity in the applicant tracking system.
• Continuously explore new sourcing methods and best practices to attract high‑quality talent.
• Support broader talent acquisition and HR initiatives as the team expands.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building, and organizational abilities.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented approach with a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
