Recruiter – End-to-End Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for an early‑joiner End‑to‑End Recruiter to help build the teams that will drive WithCoverage’s rapid growth. You will own the full recruiting lifecycle and partner closely with leadership to attract top talent across sales, product, engineering, risk and other critical functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruiting process from intake to offer for multiple business areas.
• Collaborate with the Head of Talent and hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Develop and refine scalable recruiting processes and hiring strategies.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights and candidate feedback.
• Maintain accurate tracking of candidates in the ATS and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing full‑cycle recruitment for technical and non‑technical roles.
• Strong ability to partner with senior leaders and influence hiring decisions.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Self‑starter attitude comfortable working in a fast‑moving startup environment.
