Receptionist – AI Model Evaluation (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a remote Receptionist to support the training and evaluation of AI chatbots. In this position you will measure model progress, assess logical consistency, and help improve overall quality through detailed analysis and problem‑solving.

Key responsibilities

• Assign complex, real‑world tasks to AI chatbots and review their outputs.
• Evaluate the correctness, relevance, and performance of AI‑generated content.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance model behavior.

Required profile

• Fluent in English at native or bilingual level.
• Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Strong research and fact‑checking abilities.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
