Rebate Financial Analyst

About the role

IKO Industries Ltd., a manufacturer of roofing and building materials, is looking for a Rebate Financial Analyst in Wilmington. The analyst processes rebate transactions and supports North American operations at key points of the customer journey, including pricing strategies and rebate offers, and helps prepare analyses that support sales, competitiveness and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer rebates such as Counter Spiffs, Volume Buys, Builder Credits, EOM, FTP and Job Quotes accurately and on time.
• Track monthly contractor Volume Buy rebate amounts and squares/bundles purchased, and prepare the Buy Analysis each month.
• Accrue rebates quarterly and at year-end, and support contractor loyalty program payments.
• Verify invoices and other accounting documents, and update sales and rebate databases.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing on pricing proposals and rebate programs, and help centralize and document pricing programs.
• Audit pricing and rebate rules in the system to ensure calculation accuracy.
• Assess the performance of pricing strategies and contribute to project implementations.

Required profile

• Entry-level graduates or 1-2 years of financial or accounting experience required.
• Bachelor's or associate degree in Accounting, Business or Finance preferred.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours and up to 10% travel.
• Attention to detail, confidentiality, strong communication and teamwork skills.
