Real Estate Services Manager

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Manager for its Real Estate Services (RES) team in New York. The role will help shape the North America customer experience strategy by driving real‑estate leasing, disposition, and workplace initiatives that support business growth and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Director of Real Estate Services to design and execute leasing and disposition strategies for Mastercard’s New York City office.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders across multiple geographies to improve portfolio performance and operational excellence.
• Develop relationships with local leaders and business units to align workplace management policies with global service standards.
• Coordinate with global RES providers—including facilities, engineering, food, and mail services—to meet performance targets.
• Serve as primary contact for landlords and property managers, ensuring compliance with local laws and building standards.
• Support Capital Projects teams on high‑visibility workplace initiatives, providing timely communications and updates.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Workplace Experience, Communications, and Meeting & Travel teams.
