Real Estate Coordinator – Remote (Eastern US)

About the role

The Real Estate Coordinator supports customers at the start of their real‑estate journey, handling high‑volume inbound and outbound calls in a call‑center style environment. This front‑line position blends customer service, consultative conversations, and case management to ensure a smooth referral process.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers entering the real‑estate referral process via phone.
• Verify customer information, explain next steps, timelines, and available services.
• Conduct needs assessments to capture goals, preferences, and transaction requirements.
• Promote and place referrals for Cartus and Anywhere Real Estate affiliated products, including broker, mortgage, title, insurance, and CartusConnect services.
• Obtain customer consent for referrals and ensure compliance with policy and documentation requirements.
• Manage an active caseload with proactive follow‑up to support satisfaction and agent engagement.
• Document interactions, referrals, and updates across multiple CRM tools.
• Partner with Cartus consultants and internal teams to resolve agent, brokerage, or referral questions.
• Meet established service, quality, and productivity metrics.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call‑center, inside sales, financial services, or retail environment.
• High school diploma required; some college preferred.
• Real‑estate knowledge (buying, selling, or mortgage processes) is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional, courteous style with a focus on customer service.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Required skills
