About the role

As a Branch Manager you will lead Coldwell Banker’s local brokerage office in Milwaukee, overseeing all aspects of the business from agent recruitment to revenue generation. You will be the face of the brand in the community, driving growth through strong leadership and a culture of excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and develop real‑estate agents to build a high‑performing team.
• Manage day‑to‑day branch operations, including budgeting, expense control, and profit‑and‑loss accountability.
• Drive revenue by promoting Coldwell Banker’s value proposition and leveraging the latest technology.
• Represent the brokerage at local events, establishing community relationships and expanding brand awareness.
• Ensure compliance with real‑estate laws, contracts, and ethical standards.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of residential real‑estate sales experience with a proven track record.
• Active local real‑estate or broker’s license.
• Demonstrated success in managing and growing teams.
• Self‑motivated, ambitious, and comfortable adopting new technology.
