Key responsibilities

• Document and refine business requirements during elicitation.
• Facilitate design discussions and capture architectural decisions.
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications while ensuring system stability.
• Perform code reviews, maintain code repositories, and apply best‑practice coding standards.
• Design and execute test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes.
• Create user training materials, documentation, and support frameworks.
• Diagnose and resolve production issues, proposing preventive measures.
• Maintain detailed records of code changes, testing techniques, and support activities.
