Reachlift Operator – Warehouse Material Handling

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Reachlift Operator to join our warehouse team. In this position you will safely move, stage, and store products using a powered industrial truck while supporting overall material flow.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a forklift/reach‑lift to receive, stage, put away, replenish, and relocate inventory.
• Use a Radio Frequency (RF) terminal to record all material movements for inventory control.
• Perform routine forklift maintenance such as changing lift batteries.
• Ensure safe movement of products and protect pedestrians, equipment, and warehouse property.
• Follow shift schedules and report to the Warehouse Shift Supervisor.

Required profile

• Valid forklift certification.
• Ability to regularly lift 10‑25 lb and occasionally up to 50 lb.
• Good vision (close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception).
• Comfort working in wet, humid, outdoor, and moderate‑noise environments.
• Willingness to cross‑train in other warehouse functions as needed.
