R&D Technology Services Analyst

About the role

The R&D Technology Services Analyst acts as a bridge between business needs, technology platforms, and project execution within Greystar’s Research & Development team. The role focuses on gathering and analysing data, defining system and process improvement requirements, and supporting the delivery of strategic initiatives across property‑management platforms and emerging technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research and collect data from on‑site teams, corporate stakeholders, and clients to identify system gaps and operational opportunities.
• Translate business needs into clear, documented requirements aligned with project and product goals.
• Perform cost‑benefit, impact, and performance‑metric analyses to inform recommendations.
• Support all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and close‑out, while managing schedules, resources, risks and dependencies.
• Analyse system performance data from platforms such as Yardi, RealPage and Entrata to pinpoint functionality gaps and enhancement opportunities.
• Partner with product management and vendors to prioritize and deliver scalable enhancements that improve efficiency, adoption and user experience.

Required profile

• Experience conducting research and gathering data from on‑site teams, corporate stakeholders and clients.
• Strong analytical abilities to perform cost‑benefit, impact assessments and performance‑metric analysis.
• Proven capability to work collaboratively with product, operations, training and vendor teams.
• Ability to manage project schedules, resources and documentation to ensure timely, on‑scope delivery.
